With all the flagrant spending by both the Democrats and Republicans should any of us be even a little bit shocked at this endeavor of fleecing the American people's wallets once again? How can any Senator or Congressman sleep at night knowing that this is going on?
Michelle Bachmann and others are calling for the Judicial Department to investigate Pigford I, but seriously do we believe that Eric Holder is trustworthy enough to lead an investigation into the attorneys involved, the USDA and The White House? This goes deep - very deep. We are talking about investigating back to the Clinton administration with Al Gore involved at some level, and a member of The Nation of Islam!
Let's face it folks, the Pigford Settlement was supposed to be for a small group of minority black farmers who were discriminated against. There was an estimated 33,000 black farmers in the country when this thing started. How is it then that there are 94,000 claimants? Not to mention $12,500 per claimant that these scoundrel attorneys are getting and have received for EACH CLAIMANT!
Now Obama wants to include in Pigford II - another 1.2 billion dollars for other minorities such as women, American Indians and Hispanics. So far the only two groups he has left out are the Asians and Caucasian males. Hmmmm, that makes one ponder......
